This season, I am in love with one particular material mix: Wool and leather. No wonder, the HUGO coat in light grey with black leather sleeves has already made it to my closet. Also on my wish list: The chic shift dress with leather detail, which is just perfect for the office. And there is also a fabulous wool coat with leather sleeves in the HUGO Menswear line. Those of you, who are addicted to the Doctor’s Diary Series, know the German actor Florian David Fitz. He is a huge fan of the HUGO brand and is frequently spotted in our HUGO Store in Berlin. We are proud that he is also wearing HUGO in his recent movie, “Maennerherzen und die ganz große Liebe”. He’s got talent… and style!

I guess it’s high time for me to properly introduce myself. On my twitter profile, it says that “I’m your source to the fabulous world of HUGO BOSS providing you with all the inside information and the latest gossip.” That’s true. But apart from sharing the latest gossip and news on twitter, I also have a “real” job in the department of communication in our headquarters in Metzingen, Germany. I am a PR coordinator, twitter bird, blogger and fashion enthusiast. Our showroom is my second home and if you are looking for the latest issues of  fashion magazines, you are likely to find them in the pile on my desk. I am a huge fan of our latest HUGO Collection and currently craving this grey chunky knit dress.

When it comes to music, I count on HUGO Tracks, but since recently I am also a big fan of 30 Seconds to Mars. Might have something to do with Jared Leto being the face of our new HUGO Just Different fragrance.

My favorite shopping event of the year is VOGUE Fashion’s Night Out. Yesterday, we were celebrating FNO in our three stores in downtown NYC and today, I am flying back to Germany for the FNO in Duesseldorf. Swing by if you are there, tweet along and stay tuned for live-updates and exclusive news!

The Fall/Winter collections arrive in store, fashion magazines release their bulkiest issue of the year and it’s time for the annual VOGUE Fashion’s Night Out, a night of after-hours shopping and FNO-exclusive events.
