HUGO Tracks is a new music project, a collaboration between HUGO and upcoming music acts from all over the world. The swedish band Little Dragon shares their thoughts about their music, sounds of different, new and interesting musicians and other acoustical artists.

HOW DO YOU SAY DITT INRE?

We don’t know how to pronounce anything on this record – neither the name of the song nor the name of the Swedish artist. But music is the language of the soul, as they say, and this music is definitely speaking to the part of our soul that likes the 80′s and the summer. That pretty much sums it up, so just listen!

ROLLA SCAPE’S DEBUT IS REAL HEAVEN!

Rolla Scape is a Melbourne-born electronic music artist based in Athens, Greece. Living in the city of Socrates, Plato and Aristotle, it’s not surprising he would tackle one of the great philosophical questions with his debut single “Heaven Is Real”. But don’t be fooled: with it’s soothing groove, accompanied by Marsheaux’ sweet voice, it is nothing short of a perfectly relaxed summer tune. Kick back, relax and enjoy!

SCOTT FRASER REMIXES HEADMAN, AND IT’S GOOD

Our favorite Swiss producer-in-chief, Headman, just came out with a new EP on the 30th of April, and he’s tapped the great Glaswegian Scott Fraser for a remix. We love the original track (you can hear it in the video below), but Fraser’s remix may be even better. It’s darker, more acid-y, and it just generally makes us want to dance. Listen to the stream, then make friends with Headman over here.

A FREE DOWNLOAD OF GRANDTHEFT

We know what you’re thinking. Grand Theft Auto! Us, too. But this Grandtheft spells it differently and has a propensity not for carjacking but for jacking bass. “Let Me Out” is a cut-up banger of a tune, and while banger is not a word we’re typically given to using, it fits perfectly. Download now, or download never. The freebies will be gone before you know it.
