STYLE MEETS FUNCTION THE NEW BOSS GREEN CAMPAIGN

Nothing could spoil the happy mood at the set of the nocturnal photo shooting for the current Autumn/Winter Campaign.
The chilly feel at the set was not a coincidence: wet surfaces and dazzling light reflected the aesthetics of the collection, using iridescent materials in particular. The objective was to showcase the modern outerwear and its functionality, using intensive and awesome imagery. Therefore the photo shooting took place outdoors instead of in a studio. This wasn’t a problem for Danish model Mikkel Jensen – currently one of the most sought-after male models worldwide. The location of the happening: a deserted parking deck in Orlanda, Florida. In order to achieve a right cool, futuristic ambience, special effects experts had been employed to make sure that wafts of mist and scattered showers would only appear when and where needed. However, the unpredicted natural rain that interrupted the shooting for 2 hours could not harm the overall good mood on the set. The professionals know each other well enough to not be deterred: For this shooting BOSS Green relied on the high quality work of the Spanish photographer duo Hunter & Gatti, with whom BOSS Green has worked previously. The duo is well known in the fashion world for its high quality advertising campaigns and editorials. Portraits – such as the one of Formula one driver and BOSS testimonial Jenson Button – are also part of their repertoire. By the way, it was also Hunter & Gatti who shot the images of the new golf collection worn by golf players Martin Kaymer, Henrik Stenson and Luke Guthrie at the beautifully located Orlando Golf Course the day before – luckily with no rain.
