HUGO Womenswear Fashion
The HUGO Collection for Spring/Summer 2010 combines precision detailing and clean cuts with feminine softness and fluid fabrics. The opposing forces of rest and movement drive the design dynamic: the challenge facing HUGO Art Director Bruno Pieters was to create ways of transforming this antithesis into fashion. The freshness and motion of the sea provided the inspiration – along with the serenity and purity captured so evocatively in the panoramic seascapes of photographerWolfgang Uhlig.

The undisputed shoe highlight is a stunning plateau pump: its plexi-heel is fitted with a narrow strip of metal.

Roomy hobo and shoulder bags, clutches, shoppers and weekenders enhance the signature HUGO look.

A signature material mix runs through the accessories. Check out the small ellipticalpatent leather clutch that features satin and Plexi details and suede trim.
Bodywear
Tank top, fine vest with lace appliqués, panties, close-fitting boxer shorts, mini panties. Everything goes, everything is feminine.
Eyewear
Aviator shades with big tear-drop shaped lenses are new and modern. Frames for corrective glasses in a minimal style and sunglasses with fashionably interpreted vintage lines come together to create a characteristic and individual look.
Fragrances
The contemporary nature of HUGO XX is encapsulated by the re-invention of an edible note, inspired by the aroma of basmati rice. This creates a very feminine scent reminiscent of the HUGO Woman fragrance, but with a more mature character.
