Returns

If you would like to return a single item or your complete order, you can send it back to us free of charge as follows:


    1. We are always glad to receive your feedback and use your reason for the return to improve our services. With this in mind, we request you to complete the returns form enclosed with your order.



    2. Place the item and the returns form into the shipping box.



    3. Please attach the returns label to your parcel where it can be clearly seen. If you don’t have the label handy, our Customer Care will be happy to assist you.



    4. Drop the package off at a UPS Service Point or an UPS Access Point near you.

It is helpful to keep the original return shipment slip until you have received confirmation of our receipt of your return shipment for possible enquiries or in the event of the package getting lost.

It can take several days for your return shipment to be received and checked by our staff at our warehouse in Germany. You will receive an email notification once we have processed your return shipment. The time taken for the refund to arrive in your bank/credit card account can vary and depends upon the speed of your bank's processing procedures.
