Friend of (the) house Jacques Renault can do no wrong in our book! The Brooklyn-based DJ, Producer, Let’s Play House-co-owner and jacques of all trades is back at it again for 2013, providing us with a stunning double A-side on his own imprint. “Back To You” is the type of disco influenced house banger that comes to light, when one’s not some knucklehead with a wifi modem, but a classically trained musician with a bullet-proof understanding of dance music. The release features a remix by Parisian bearers of hope “Paradis”, who’ve already put out amazing stuff on Beats in Space and who manage to live up to all high expectations once again. You should put this on your portable device and play it while heading over to your local record store to pick up also the vinyl record… Talk about a no-brainer!
