This time our tour of the most exciting Formula 1 cities takes us to the booming Chinese metropolis of Shanghai. Just ahead of the race, Lewis Hamilton has taken a day to exclusively explore the best spots in the city with the HUGO BOSS movie crew. A DAY IN SHANGHAIWITH LEWIS HAMILTON

1. Shanghai Tower
632 meters tall and with 121 floors, the Shanghai Tower is the second-highest skyscraper in the world. Its winding structure not only lends the building incomparable elegance but also represents a sustainable type of construction. Although the Tower is not yet open, this is no obstacle to a world champion: Lewis Hamilton gives us an exclusive tour of the upper floors, and presents a magnificent view across the city.

2. Rockbund Art Museum
The Rockbund Art Museum (RAM) is the first museum in China to be entirely devoted to contemporary Chinese art. Today it is also one of the most renowned art galleries in the world. Since 2013, RAM has been a partner of the HUGO BOSS ASIA ART Award, which this fall will be honoring upcoming artists for the second time. The museum is currently staging “Mark Bradford: Tears of a Tree.”

3. Ultraviolet Restaurant
The food at the Ultraviolet Restaurant is first class and the atmosphere unique. The futuristic restaurant – opened by top French chef Paul Pairet – turns eating into a multi-sensory adventure. There are no windows or decorations to disturb the overall look. Instead, 360° video projections transform the walls into a sea of light.

The next stop on our “Your City. Your Spot. Your Style.” tour will be in May at Monte Carlo – the most sophisticated and most dangerous racetrack on the Formula 1 circuit. Nico Rosberg will be taking you to the very best places in his adopted home.
