The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from the HUGO BOSS online store. Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.
For your convenience we have included a free prepaid UPS domestic return shipping label with your order. Please use enclosed shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package. Make sure to keep the return tracking number for your records. Drop off your return package at either a UPS Drop Box, a UPS store, or at any other location that has regular UPS pick up visit ups.com for locations. Please note to use our prepaid UPS labels shipments must be sent from the United States.
You may also return merchandise by selecting an alternative shipping carrier; however, HUGO BOSS will not be responsible for the costs associated with the return. We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. We are not responsible for import or shipping fees associated with returns sent from outside the United States.
