German actor and HUGO fan Florian David Fitz stars in the film adaption of the German novel “Die Vermessung der Welt” (English title: “Measuring the World”) – in theaters from October 25th, 2012.
At the premiere of the movie in Berlin, Florian was sporting a huge smile and a brand new HUGO suit from the upcoming Spring 2013 collection. I don’t know about you, but I’m loving the suit-turtleneck-look. Stylish and keeps you warm. Thumbs up for Mr. Fitz!

The party season is about to start. At least on my agenda. Dinner invites, a vernissage, Christmas parties and even a first request about my plans for New Year’s Eve. Well, I bet you can already guess the impact those events have on my shopping behavior?! I’ve started to shop dresses, one per occasion, of course. My first pick? In this HUGO dress from the Winter 2012 collection I will make an artistic statement at the vernissage. What are you shopping for right now? Let me know on twitter.

I fell in love with this HUGO dress the moment I spotted in on Poppy Delevigne on the red carpet at the HUGO Fashion Show. Paired with opaque tights it’s a winter winner. So is model Mathias Lauridsen’s HUGO menswear look. The classic grey pullover is a must in every man’s wardrobe. And why not stock up on perfectly cut shirts and slim ties? You can never have enough of those. Ok, now I am really in the mood for a little shopping spree – wanna join me?!?

Straight and contemporary looks are the essence of HUGO. This winter, we remain true to our principles. HUGO Winter 2012 is a direct and straightforward collection – classic and modern pieces with surprising details. And with models Kasia Struss and Mathias Lauridsen we also picked two familiar HUGO faces for our collection shoot. They are both regulars on the HUGO runway and also stick to straight looks in their free time.
The winter collections are now in stores, so if you are planning to go shopping this weekend make sure you pop by to check out the new HUGO looks yourself.

Style icon, model and socialite Poppy Delevigne is known for her effortless yet glamorous style. So it was no surprise that all eyes were on the style-savvy blonde when she appeared on the red carpet at the HUGO Fashion Show in Berlin wearing a dress from the HUGO Winter 2012 collection.
The good news is that you can now shop Poppy’s look because the HUGO Winter 2012 collection is now available in stores and online. Wear the dress like Poppy with tanned bare legs at indoor events or pair it with opaque tights and a turtleneck or scarf.

With the HUGO menswear “going dark” this season, I highly advocate bright womenswear looks for Fall/Winter 2012. So here are three very good reasons why you should go for bright colors this fall/winter, ladies:
1. to show off your summer tan
2. to light up grey and rainy days
3. to stand out from the crowd
Convinced? Then how about this pink pantsuit from the HUGO Winter 2012 collection paired with a black turtleneck and black accessories? If it’s too much color for you, then consider styling this look the other way round: Black pantsuit with a colorful turtleneck or/and colorful accessories.

Ed Harris shows that you can pull off an avant garde look at any age wearing head-to-toe HUGO at the Emmy Awards 2012 in Los Angeles. The character actor is a prime example that slim cut suits and slim ties not only work in your 30s, 40s and 50s, but also in your 60s.

When the days get shorter and the sky is grey, why not go for a correspondent look?! Get the ultimate Fall/Winter look by mixing dark colors and make sure you leave the classic white shirt in your closet. Depressing? No – just remember to opt for slim cuts and make sure the pieces fit you perfectly. Elegant? Hell yes! Just check out the example from the HUGO Winter 2012 Collection above and I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s high time to go dark!

Mad Men wear HUGO. Don’t believe me? Here’s proof: Mad Man actor Vincent Kartheiser was spotted in a head-to-toe HUGO look at the Emmy Awards in L.A. last Sunday. Vincent, who plays Pete Campbell in the award-winning US hit series is a huge fan of the HUGO brand. And we at HUGO BOSS, especially HUGO menswear designer Bart de Backer are big fans of the Mad Men series. So you might soon see some more Mad Men dressed in HUGO BOSS…
