Tiger Stripes, a Stockholm-based producer we’ve been listening to for half a decade, has never been known for his vocals. The beat maker has made brilliant instrumental tracks on Get Physical and Liebe*detail, but it was My Favorite Robot Records that coaxed him out of his shell to sing. For his vocal debut, Mister Stripes has chosen a classic – old blues man Robert Johnson’s story of selling his soul to the devil, “Crossroads.” We’ve got the Phonogenic remix up for free download for the next couple days.
