Tom Lewis - driving forward
Tom Lewis, who has been kitted out by HUGO BOSS since July 2011, has already made golf history despite his fledgling career. The Englishman, having just turned 21, caught the eye for the first time at the British Open. As an amateur he led after the first day of the tournament after an excellent round of 65. Shortly afterwards Tom Lewis won the Portugal Masters on 16th October 2011. This meant that he celebrated his first win on the European Tour despite it being only his third appearance as a pro golfer, and in doing so even beat Tiger Woods’ record, which he set after chalking up his first victory on his fifth appearance. The young Englishman has therefore secured his tour card for the next two years early and emphasised his enormous potential.
