RITTHAMMER
Born on 18th April 1987 in Nuremberg, Bernd Ritthammer has ranked amongst the HUGO BOSS Golf Professionals since the beginning of 2012.
At just three years old he started playing golf and was soon accepted into the BGV (Bavarian Golf Association) and later the DGV (German Golf Association) teams. For four years he played in the German premier league with his team from the Golfclub am Reichswald.
The significant leap in his career came in 2006. With a handicap of +2.3 he switched to playing professionally and steadily improved his PGA ranking. Positioned at rank 45 in 2006, he had already climbed up to number 8 in 2009.
Bernd Ritthammer currently ranks amongst the best German pros in the Challenge Tour. At the end of 2011 in the final stage at the PGA Catalunya Resort he qualified for the European Tour with a total score of 12 under par.
