Faulty Goods

If you have cause for complaint, we kindly ask you to consult the retailer you purchased the items from directly. They may be able to provide you with an immediate solution and will pass the details of your complaint onto the HUGO BOSS Customer Services.
Items purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store cannot be exchanged at a local HUGO BOSS Store. Further information can be found at Returns.

Replacement Parts/Repairs

In the case of a lost or damaged part, e.g. buttons, zips etc. please send us a description of the defect and the model information via the Contact Form. The model information can be found on the tag inside the HUGO BOSS product.

Cleaning and Care

In order to retain the quality of the item of clothing it should be cleaned regularly. Cleaning and care instructions can be found on the care label in the item of clothing.
