1. Promotion Overview

Customers who place a qualifying Click & Collect order  will be eligible to receive a complimentary gift, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• The customer must be a registered HUGO BOSS Experience member.
• The order must be placed through the official HUGO BOSS website or app, and Click & Collect must be selected as the delivery method.
• The store selected for the Click & Collect must be the HALO Barcelona Store.

3. Redemption Process

• To claim the free gift, the customer must present their order confirmation email when collecting the order in-store.
• The email must clearly display the order number and the member’s registered email address.
• Gifts are available while supplies last.

4. General Conditions

• Each eligible order qualifies for one gift only, regardless of the number of items or total order value beyond the minimum threshold (if applicable).
• The gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
• If the customer returns the order in full, the gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition. Failure to return the gift may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

5. Promotion Period

• The promotion will be valid for a limited time only,between July 17 and August 31, 2025.
• HUGO BOSS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Yes, you can make an appointment directly with a HUGO or BOSS store - just select the store and contact them directly.  You can also contact our stores via WhatsApp. 

Our stores are now available via both WhatsApp and SMS, so if you have any questions for our colleagues in store, or would like some style advice, please send them a message and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes we do! Take advantage of a one-on-one session with a personal stylist, or simply shop for yourself online, and then we will be happy to ship your order to a participating HUGO or BOSS store. 

Yes, you can. We offer the option for our customers to Order from Store, so just visit your favourite HUGO or BOSS store where you can order your desired pieces, with our colleagues on hand to happily assist. Your items can then either be delivered directly to your home address, or delivered to the store where you placed your order. 

Get items available in stores delivered to your home and pay for them remotely. Ship from Store enables our stores to sell their stock to customers remotely, so you can purchase any item you see online, without you needing to come to the store. Where you see an item you like online - but your size appears to be unavailable - make sure to check availability in all HUGO or BOSS stores in your country. If you find a store that has your desired size, please reach out to them via WhatsApp, SMS or phone, and our colleagues in store will be happy to send the product directly to your home.

We offer a Return & Replace option for orders placed on hugoboss.com. You can return or replace the item(s) in our store and you have 30 days to either return or exchange your items. Click here to find out more.
