Buy online and collect your parcel in any participating store at your convenience. Try your purchase on and enjoy style advice from our experienced team. You won't need to wait at home for a delivery - just visit your nearest BOSS or HUGO Store and collect your purchase when it suits you. You can also book an appointment with one of our sales associates who are happy to assist you with anything, from how to care for your item to how to style it. Once your order has arrived in store, you will be notified via email and you can then collect your order within the next 14 days.
24/7 shopping, wherever you are.
Due to the containment measures in effect, your local kiosks and other small businesses where the courier service has pick-up points or parcel shops may be closed. If the location is closed, then deliveries and return drop offs are not possible. Once the establishment reopens, service is then expected to resume.
Therefore, we recommend that our customers check if the location is open before proceeding to collect or return their order(s).
