Due to the containment measures in effect, your local newspaper kiosks and other small businesses, where the courier service has pick-up points or parcel shops may be closed. If the location is closed, naturally deliveries & return drop offs are not possible & service is expected to resume once the establishment reopens.
We therefore request our customers to kindly check if the location is open, before proceeding to collect or return their order(s).
Our warehouse is open and operating as usual, however, due to current containment measures, delivery by our shipping carriers is expected to take longer than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
EXTENDED FREE RETURN PERIOD
For all orders placed between February 15, 2020 and May 31, 2020, due to current exceptional circumstances, HUGO BOSS Online Store offers an extended return period, running up to 60 days. Please see our T&C for more information on return process and address. Our regular 30-day return policy will resume on orders placed from June 1, 2020 onwards.
