Slim-fit jeans in dark-blue soft-washed denim

Authentic jeans cut to a defined fit, by BOSS Menswear. Created in soft-washed denim with a dark-blue tone, these regular-rise jeans are trimmed with signature accents and are part of our responsible style collection. For our RESPONSIBLE styles, we ensure that at least 60% or more sustainable raw materials are used. This item is part of our Less Water initiative, created using less water through specially selected raw materials and dyes.  Due to continuous training of farmers, improved irrigation methods and better soil quality, organic cotton achieves a lower water consumption than traditional farming methods. Organic cotton is only grown with naturally occurring substances and no genetically modified seeds. Organic farming encourages the use of natural measures, such as crop rotation and composting, to control pests and diseases rather than relying on chemicals. Cultivating cotton can require a lot of water for irrigation purposes. By using recycled cotton, the total amount of water that would have been used during cultivation can be saved. The largest volume of recycled cotton is produced through pre-consumer waste, such as cutting scraps. We only use raw materials with a verified chain of custody to ensure the use of certified recycled cotton. Denim is always a challenge when it comes to water consumption in the different production steps. For our Less Water denim styles, we took a close look at our supply chain and selected the production and washing facilities with the best water recycling systems in place and selected the less water-intensive dyeing processes.
