We're very happy to announce that we are slowly starting to re-open our stores in countries and regions where it is now becoming possible again. Please find below a list of current services we are offering in selected stores depending on local corona rules and guidelines. As corona rules and lockdown lifting steps are continuously changing, we advise that you get in touch with your preferred store directly via phone or email in order to find out what services are currently available. Remote Selling

We now offer a complementary remote service, via phone, chat or video conference, that allows you to receive personal styling advice from our experienced sales advisors while you shop from the comfort of your own home. Please get in touch with your preferred store to learn more about the current remote possibilities.

Click & Collect

Buy online and collect your parcel in any participating store at your convenience. Try your purchase on, and enjoy style advice from our experienced team. You won’t need to wait at home for a delivery - just visit your nearest BOSS or HUGO Store and collect your purchase when it suits you. You can also book an appointment with one of our sales associates, who are happy to assist you with anything, from how to care for your item to how to style it. Once your order has arrived in store, you will be notified via email and you can then collect your order within the next 14 days.

Online Store

Our online store remains open as usual.

Due to the containment measures in effect, your local newspaper kiosks and other small businesses, where the courier service has pick-up points or parcel shops may be closed. If the location is closed, naturally deliveries & return drop offs are not possible & service is expected to resume once the establishment reopens.

We therefore request our customers to kindly check if the location is open, before proceeding to collect or return their order(s).
