When using Standard Shipping, please place your order by end of dayDecember 15th to receive your items before Christmas.
When using 2-Day Shipping, please place your order by end of day December 20th to receive your items before Christmas.
When using Next Day Shipping, please place your order by end of dayDecember 21st to receive your items before Christmas.
Pick up your order at your convenience. Use ship to store and have your order sent to your preferred BOSS Store to be collected whenever suits you.
Orders will be delivered to your preferred store. Please note: Only the person who places the order may pick up the order. Please bring your personal ID or shipping confirmation email with you, so that the store employee can identify you.

Select Premium Packaging at checkout for your order to arrive gift-ready, complete with our signature BOSS gift boxes and ribbon. All items in your order will be wrapped together. Note some items cannot be giftwrapped due to their size. If your order includes an item that cannot be giftwrapped, it will be shipped in the same box without gift packaging. We do not list any prices on our packing slips. Please note, we are unable to remove pricing on ties due to the nature of our tie tags. Gift messaging is not currently available.
Merchandise purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store may be returned to the online store via the free prepaid shipping label included with your original order. You may also return your order at a local non-outlet HUGO BOSS store location. To request a new return label, please email us at email@example.com.
We are happy to offer an extended return policy for Christmas. Any orders placed in November can be returned by January 31, 2021, even if the 60-day period has passed.
Our regular 60-day return policy will resume on orders placed from January 1, 2021 onwards.
