When can I expect the delivery of my order?
Please use the below chart as a guide to estimate the delivery time of your order. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany and processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note that normally one delivery attempt is made. In the event you were not home, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office, where it will be held for another 7 days before being returned.

Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
Which shipping carrier will deliver my order?
We partner with the Swiss Post for deliveries within Switzerland.
Which delivery locations are supported for online orders?
It is possible to specify a different delivery address and have the parcel delivered to an address of your choice. Orders may be shipped directly to your home or work address.
The invoice is sent to you at the email address provided.
Alternatively, you may opt for our Click & Collect or Try-in-Store services upon checkout by specifying a BOSS or HUGO Store where you would like to collect or try the item(s) in your order.
Are there any shipping location restrictions?
Orders may not be shipped to hotels or forwarding centers. Additionally, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm, Sark), the Falkland Islands, the Isle of Man or Gibraltar.
