What are the shipping costs?

DPD Standard: Free* 

DHL Express:  19,95 €**

When can I expect the delivery of my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany and processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note, up to three delivery attempts are generally made until a package is returned as undeliverable.

Delivery to Portugal takes approx. 5-6 business days with standard shipping and 3-4 with express.

Please note: shipping to the following areas in Portugal (Azores and Madeira) is only available using the express method and will take between 7-9 business days.

What is ‘Ship to store’ and how do I select this delivery option?

There is an option to have your online order delivered to 2 of our Portuguese participating stores, either the BOSS Store Amoreiras in Lisbon or BOSS Store Norte Shopping in Porto.

Here is how:

1. Shop online
Explore the latest collection at www.hugoboss.com/pt and add your selected items to your shopping bag.

2. Select a store

Choose either the BOSS Store Amoreiras in Lisbon or BOSS Store Norte Shopping in Porto to collect your online order at checkout.

3. Pick up in store

Once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified by email to collect your order. Please be sure to present the pick-up notification email so we can locate your order.

Once you have been notified that your order is ready for collection, you will need to collect it within 14 days. Alternatively, you may also nominate a person to collect your order on your behalf, please email the store and provide the full name of the person collecting your order. The person collecting your order must present an ID that matches the full name provided by you in the email.


If you don't collect your order within 14 days, it will be sent back to our warehouse and the purchase price will be refunded. Additional charges for express shipping, customs and taxes incurred to deliver your order are non-refundable.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Which shipping carrier will deliver my order?

We partner with DHL Express and DPD for deliveries within Portgual.

Do I need to pay Value Added Tax?

Yes, our customers need to pay value added tax (VAT). VAT is calculated at checkout. 

VAT is not refundable.Please note that the shipping costs paid at the time of the order will not be refunded.

Are there any shipping location restrictions?

Orders may not be shipped to hotels or forwarding centers.
