What is your return policy for the Christmas season?

We are happy to offer an extended return policy for Christmas.

For orders placed online between November 1, 2023 and December 15, 2023, we offers an extended return period, running up to 60 days.

Our regular 30-day return policy will resume on orders placed from December 16, 2023 onwards.


What is the latest date I can place my order to receive in time for Christmas?


When using Express Delivery, please order before on 14 December to receive your items before Christmas.

Can I get my purchase gift wrapped?

Unfortunately, gift wrapping is unavailable. All parcels include a complimentary return label along with return instructions and delivery note.

Over the Christmas period, our Customer Service team is available as normal, with the following exceptions:
