THE HUGO BOSS PRIZE 2018

Since 1996, the HUGO BOSS PRIZE has been awarded biennially to an artist who has made an outstanding contribution to the world of contemporary art. This year, Simone Leigh has been chosen to receive the accolade, awarded by a panel of leading curators, critics and scholars.

The HUGO BOSS Prize is bestowed in partnership with the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and Foundation. 2018 winner Simone Leigh will hold a solo exhibition at the Guggenheim in New York City, one of the most prestigious museums in the world, and receive an award of $100,000.
