How do I return an item I purchased online?
Online purchases must be returned via post.
You may also contact customer care and they will gladly send you one via email, at no extra cost.
- Connect to the return portal, enter your order ID and email address which was used to place the order.
- Select the item(s) and reason for return.
- Select the return method and check the disclaimer, your Return Label* will be generated.
- We recommend to pack the item/s for return in the original packaging if possible.
- Place all the items you selected to return, including this note, into the container and seal it.
- Make sure the container fits the items as snugly as possible, to avoid excess shipping costs.
- Also make sure there are no tracking or shipping labels attached to the container.
- Affix the Return Label securely to the outside of the package. Hand the commercial invoice to the courier.
- If an account number is required by the courier company to arrange the collection, it can be found on the shipping label attached to this document.
- Go to www.dhl.com, choose your country and fill in your location (address or zip code) to locate your nearest DHL Express points.

A return is processed only once it passes the quality inspection and an automated refund email notification is sent to confirm the details of the return.
Generally, returns are processed approximately within 3-5 business days of receipt in the warehouse. However, during sales and promotional periods, it may take longer than usual.
Please note, HUGO BOSS will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged (I) prior to acceptance by UPS when utilising the free return label provided by HUGO BOSS or (ii) in the event that the prepaid label provided by HUGO BOSS is not used for the return shipment.
*Please note that a return fee of 400 R applies and shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Where do I mail my return?
Returns may be sent to the following address. To track the delivery of your returned parcel back to our warehouse, we recommend to use the tracking number stated on original return shipment slip.
