How are refunds issued for a purchase made online?
Refunds may only be issued via the same method that was utlised for payment of the original order.
If your order was placed via Klarna, you have the possibility to pause the invoice to avoid receiving a late fee. You can do this via the Klarna app or directly on Klarna's website.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Once we have processed your return, you will receive an automated refund notification via email.
However, the time taken for the refund to arrive in your bank or credit card account may vary and depends upon the speed of your bank's processing procedures. We recommend that you contact your bank or financial institution for more precise information.
How do I request a refund for an order placed at a BOSS or HUGO store?
In the refund form, please enter the unique seven digit code shared with you in an automated email titled ‘HUGO BOSS - Information about the refund of your Order Number’.
Once you complete the refund form, you will be directed to a secure page to fill out your bank details. A refund will then be credited to your account.
