What is your return policy for the Christmas season?
We are happy to offer an extended return policy for holidays.
For orders placed online between November 8, 2025 and December 15, 2025, we offers an extended return period, running up to 60 days.

Our regular 30-day return policy will resume on orders placed from December 16, 2025 onwards.
What is the latest date I can place my order to receive in time for Christmas?
When using Express Delivery (on products ordered online or in store to be delivered to your home), please order before on 17 December to receive your items before Christmas.
Can I get my purchase gift wrapped?
Unfortunately, gift wrapping is unavailable.
