Can I make an appointment with a HUGO or BOSS store?

Yes, you can make an appointment directly with a HUGO or BOSS store - just select the store and contact them directly.  You can also contact our stores via WhatsApp. 

Can I contact a HUGO or BOSS store via WhatApp?

Our stores are now available via both WhatsApp and SMS, so if you have any questions for our colleagues in store, or would like some style advice, please send them a message and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is ‘Ship to store’ and how do I select this delivery option?

There is an option to have your online order delivered to 3 of our Polish participating stores, either the Galeria Mokotów store in Warsaw or Galeria Krakowska in Krakow or Wroclavia in Wroclaw.

Here is how:

1. Shop online

Explore the latest collection at www.hugoboss.com/pl and add your selected items to your shopping bag.

2. Select a store. Choose either Galeria Mokotów in Warsaw or Wroclavia in Wroclaw to collect your online order at checkout.

3. Pick up in store

Once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified by email to collect your order. Please be sure to present the pick-up notification email so we can locate your order.

Once you have been notified that your order is ready for collection, you will need to collect it within 14 days. Alternatively, you may also nominate a person to collect your order on your behalf, please email the store and provide the full name of the person collecting your order. The person collecting your order must present an ID that matches the full name provided by you in the email.

If you don't collect your order within 14 days, it will be sent back to our warehouse and the purchase price will be refunded. Additional charges for express shipping, customs and taxes incurred to deliver your order are non-refundable.

May I return or exchange an item(s) bought online in a HUGO or BOSS Store?

We offer a Return in Store Replace for orders placed on hugoboss.com. You can return or replace the item(s) in our store and you have 30 days to either return or exchange your items. In store returns are only available at 3 BOSS participating stores. Click here to find out more.
