Return instructions

How do I return an item I purchased online via courier pick up?

 

  1. Connect to the return portal, enter your order ID and email address which was used to place the order. 
  2. Select the item(s) and reason for return.
  3. Tick the disclaimer box, your return label* will be generated, print it out.
  4. We recommend to pack the item/s for return in the original packaging if possible.
  5. Place all the items you selected to return, in a box/parcel it came in and seal it. Make sure the box/parcel fits the items as snugly as possible.
  6. Also make sure there are no old tracking or shipping labels attached to the box/parcel.
  7. Affix the return label* securely to the outside of the box/parcel.
  8. Go to www.dhl.com, choose your country and fill in your location (address or zip code) to locate your nearest DHL Express points.
  9.  To schedule a pickup by a DHL courier, follow the instructions here.

For a return label, you may also contact customer care and they will gladly send you one via email, at no extra cost.

A return is processed only once it passes the quality inspection and an automated refund email notification is sent to confirm the details of the return.

Generally, returns are processed approximately within 3-5 business days of receipt in the warehouse. However, during sales and promotional periods, it may take longer than usual.

Please note, HUGO BOSS will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged (I) prior to acceptance by DHL when utilising the free return label provided by HUGO BOSS or (ii) in the event that the prepaid label provided by HUGO BOSS is not used for the return shipment.

*Please note: Returns from the following areas in Portugal (Azores and Madeira) are only available using the express method and shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
