What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) using the provided return label. You may also return the items to selected HUGO BOSS stores, excluding outlets.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or is missing original labels will not be accepted. HUGO BOSS reserves the right to refuse returns on merchandise that does not meet the return requirements at HUGO BOSS’ sole discretion. Personalised merchandise, face masks and sealed goods which were unsealed after the delivery, are not eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Which items qualify for a return?

Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed and unused, with original labels attached, qualify for a return.

Can I return an item that I bought online or in a BOSS / HUGO store? 

No, online orders cannot be returned in Stores. Please note, online purchases may not be returned at outlets, department stores or other wholesale distributors.

Can I return items I bought in an outlet?

Yes, if the items were purchased in one of the HUGO BOSS outlets you can return them to the concerned outlet. You may refer to the proof of purchase (store receipt) according to the outlet's return and exchange policy.
