When can I expect the delivery of my order?
Please refer to the table below as a guide to estimate the delivery time for your order. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney NSW, and are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
Which shipping carrier will deliver my order?
We partner with Australia Post for all deliveries.
Please note, if you live in a remote area that Australia Post does not service, they may forward your parcel to a third party local courier who will deliver it to you, or deliver the item to your local Post Office for collection.
Which delivery locations are supported for online orders?
Orders may be shipped directly to your Home or Work address, PO box, Parcel Lockers and Australia Post Offices.
The invoice is sent to you at the email address provided.
Are there any shipping location restrictions?
Certain product categories, such as perfumes and watches, cannot be shipped to specific regions* (e.g., Tasmania) due to delivery restrictions. These restrictions may be related to regulatory, logistical, or carrier limitations. If an item in your order cannot be delivered to your selected shipping address, this will be indicated during the checkout process, and the order cannot be completed for the restricted item(s).

How long do I have to pick up my parcel if I choose the Post Office as my pick-up location?
Australia Post will hold your parcel for 10 business days. If you can't pick it up within that time, the parcel will be returned to sender.
Please note, when you collect your parcel from your local post office, you will be required to present an ID. You'll need to show that you're either the person it's addressed to (the 'addressee') or someone authorized to collect it on their behalf.
How do I pick up my order from the Australia Post Parcel Lockers?
You will receive a notification when your parcel arrives at your chosen Parcel Locker. You can collect it any time within the next 48 hours using the access code provided in your notification. Parcel Lockers are accessible 24/7, so you can pick up your order whenever it's most convenient to you.
How can I use an Australia Post Post Office or Parcel Locker as my delivery location?
At the checkout page, click on the Collection Point section and choose an Australia Post Office or Parcel Locker as your delivery preference. You will then need to search for and select the best pickup location for you. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details and pick-up information.
We recommend to download the AusPost app and login using the same email addess as you used to place your order. This way you can receive updates about the delivery and pick-up via the app.
Do you offer signature on delivery?
All orders require a signature upon delivery, unless otherwise authorised by you.
We would recommend opting for the Parcel Locker option if you are not available to sign for your parcel during the usual delivery hours. Parcel lockers are accesssible 24/7, please use the parcel locker option at checkout to find the closest one to you.
