What is the minimum order value required to place an order?

There is no minimum order value required.

How do I know my order was successfully placed?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your order number.

Please note, this email confirms receipt of your order and is sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Can I get my purchase gift packaged?

Yes, HUGO BOSS offers gift packaging services and gift boxes. You can opt for either a HUGO BOSS paper bag or gift box and personalised messaging at checkout. There is a small fee included with these options.

Please note that jackets, coats, suits, shoes and accessories, plus some individual items from other categories can only be packaged in a paper bag due to their shape and size.

Can I get a shopping bag?

Yes, you can choose to have your purchase delivered with a shopping bag. Select the shopping bag option during checkout. Please note, there is a small fee included with this option.

Can I buy products for reselling purposes?

Purchases made online are restricted to consumers only, i.e., individuals, who purchase something neither for commercial purposes nor for independent professional activity, and whose habitual place of residence is in Australia and who can provide a delivery address there. For this reason, it is not possible to claim tax back on purchases made on hugoboss.com/au.

Can I place an online order over the phone, email, post or fax?

Online orders may only be placed directly on our website at hugoboss.com

I did not receive an order confirmation email. Was my order placed?

We recommend that you check your spam/bulk folder in case the confirmation email is sent there. To ensure you receive our email updates, please add our email address to your email list.

If you do not receive an email within a few hours of placing an order, please contact Customer Care.

Why isn't my recent order showing up in my account?

We are currently enhancing our digital Member services.

For now, signing in or registering as a Member is temporarily paused, therefore you will not be able to login online to view your purchase history.
