Requesting a refund

How do I request a refund?

You have received an automatic e-mail about the refund procedure, titled “Information about your refund”.

In the refund form section, please enter the unique seven-digit code that was shared with you in this e-mail. Once you complete the form, you will be directed to a secure page to fill out your bank details. A refund will then be credited to your bank account.

If you did not receive an email with the code, please contact Customer Care.

Where is my refund?

Once you fill out the refund form, we will start the return process and refund it to you in the original form of payment. It may take up to 10 working days for the funds to arrive on your account depending on your bank’s processing procedures.

If the amount has not arrived in 15 working days, please check if you have received a return confirmation or credit note e-mail.

What can I do when I paid via Klarna and have not received a refund yet?

If your order was placed via Klarna, you have the possibility to pause the invoice to avoid receiving a late fee. You can do this via the Klarna app or directly on Klarna's website. Once we have processed your return, you will receive an automated refund notification via email. 

Please note, the time taken for the refund to arrive in your bank account depends on the speed of your bank's processing procedures. If the amount hasn’t arrived in 10 working days, please check if you have received a return confirmation or credit note e-mail.

How do I request a refund if I used a gift card for my order?

Refunds may only be issued via the same payment method used for the order. If you paid for your whole order with a physical or digital gift card, please click here for more information.

In case of a return, will I receive a refund on the shipping costs?

Additional charges for express shipping, customs and taxes incurred to deliver your order are non-refundable.

For free and easy returns, please use the complimentary return label provided inside the parcel.
