What is your online return policy and how many days do I have to return a product?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed and unused with original labels attached, qualify for a return.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or missing original labels will not be accepted. HUGO BOSS reserves the right to refuse returns on merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in HUGO BOSS’ sole discretion.
Depending on your delivery address, item(s) may be returned by post to our warehouse in Germany using the free return label provided inside the parcel. For your convenience, the instructions are also provided in the return instructions section.
Can I return an item in a BOSS or HUGO store?
Online purchases may be returned or exchanged in a BOSS or HUGO store. Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed and unused with original labels attached, qualify for a return. Please note, online purchases may not be exchanged at outlets, department stores or other wholesale distributors. If the items were purchased in one of the HUGO BOSS Outlets, please return them to the concerned outlet. You may refer to the proof of purchase (store receipt) regarding the outlet's return and exchange policy. The store locator can be used to locate a BOSS or HUGO store nearest to you.

Are there any refund restrictions?
Personalised merchandise, face masks and sealed goods which were unsealed after the delivery, are not eligible for a refund.
Are delivery or return charges refundable?
Additional charges for express shipping, customs and taxes incurred to deliver your order are non-refundable.
