INFORMATION ON DELIVERIES & RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Due to the United Kingdom leaving the EU on 01 January 2021, and additional COVID restrictions imposed at the Euro Tunnel before Christmas, orders placed between 23 December 2020 and the 15th of January 2021 were subject to delay due to the late agreement between EU-UK on customs regulations at the border. All orders from the online store are fulfilled from our warehouse in Germany, and the process of dispatching these orders post BREXIT has commenced again with the highest priority.
The total amount you pay on an order includes all applicable taxes. No additional charges are expected upon delivery.
As the UK has left the European Union, the return label included in orders shipped to UK before 14/12/2020 are not valid anymore. If you received a return label with the address in Wendlingen, Germany, please create a new return label with the new address here.
