What is your return policy for the holiday season?
We are happy to offer an extended return policy for Christmas.
If you change your mind for whatever reason, return your item for free. Just use the return label included with the package and we will cover the costs. If the return label is missing, please use the return label print option.
For orders placed online between November 1, 2024 and December 15, 2024, we offer an extended return period, running up to 60 days. For more information on the return process and restrictions, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Our regular 30-day return policy will resume on orders placed from December 16, 2024 onwards.
What is the latest date I can place my order to receive in time for Christmas?
STANDARD DELIVERY
When using Standard Delivery (on products ordered online or in store to be delivered to your home), please order before 11.59 pm on 19 December to receive your items before Christmas.
EXPRESS DELIVERY FOR £7.95
When using Express Delivery (on products ordered online or in store to be delivered to your home), please order before 01.59 pm on 20 December to receive your items before Christmas.

PICK-UP IN STORE
Pick up your order at your convenience. To receive your gifts in time for Christmas at your preferred BOSS Store, please order before:

Please note: When you come to collect your order, please bring your personal ID or the confirmation of dispatch email with you, so that the store assistant can identify you. You can, of course, appoint another person to make the collection. Your appointed person just has to bring authorisation for this with them.
TRY - ON IN STORE
To receive your gifts in time for Christmas at your preferred BOSS Store, and in order to allow enough time for a Try On appointment, please order before:

Can I get my purchase gift wrapped?
Unfortunately, gift wrapping is unavailable. All parcels include a complimentary return label along with return instructions and delivery note.
