What is your return policy for the holiday season?
We are happy to offer an extended return policy for Christmas.
If you change your mind for whatever reason, return your item for free. Just use the return label included with the package and we will cover the costs. If the return label is missing, please use the return label print option.
For orders placed online between November 8, 2025 and December 15, 2025, we offer an extended return period, running up to 60 days. For more information on the return process and restrictions, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Our regular 30-day return policy will resume on orders placed from December 16, 2025 onwards.
What is the latest date I can place my order to receive in time for Christmas?
STANDARD SHIPPING - DPD/UPS
If you choose our standard shipping (for products ordered online or in-store and delivered to your home), you must place your order by December 19 at 11:59 AM to receive your items before the holidays.
EXPRESS SHIPPING - DPD Next Day
When using Standard Delivery (on products ordered online or in store to be delivered to your home), please order before If you choose our express shipping, you must place your order by December 21 at 1:59 PM to receive your items before the holidays.
PICK-UP IN STORE - CLICK & COLLECT and TRY-ON IN STORE
Pick up your order at a time that suits you best, or try it on during an appointment. Please place your order by the following date to collect your gifts in a BOSS Store of your choice before the holidays:
If you choose pick-up in store, you must place your order by December 19 at 11:59 AM to collect your items in the store before the holidays.
Note: Please bring your ID or the shipping confirmation with you when collecting your order so that our store staff can identify you. You can also authorize someone else to collect your order. The authorized person must bring a corresponding authorization letter.
PICK-UP AT A COLLECTION POINT
If you choose pick-up at a collection point, you must place your order by December 19 at 11:59 AM to collect your items before the holidays.
