Yes, you can make an appointment directly with a HUGO or BOSS store - just select the store and contact them directly.  You can also contact our stores via WhatsApp. 

Take advantage of our standard alteration service at participating BOSS and HUGO stores. Bring any new BOSS or HUGO garment to a participating store to utilise this service. This service is complimentary* for all HUGO BOSS XP members . For more information, please visit our member benefit page and read our Terms and Conditions.
*Number of complimentary standard alterations available is dependent upon your HUGO BOSS XP level.
 

Our stores are now available via both WhatsApp and SMS, so if you have any questions for our colleagues in store, or would like some style advice, please send them a message and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes we do! Take advantage of a one-on-one session with a personal stylist, or simply shop for yourself online, and then we will be happy to ship your order to a participating BOSS or HUGO Store. Click here to discover more. 

Yes, you can. We offer the option for our customers to Order from Store, so just visit your favourite HUGO BOSS store where you can order your desired pieces, with our colleagues on hand to happily assist. Your items can then either be delivered directly to your home address, or delivered to the store where you placed your order. 

Get items available in stores delivered to your home and pay for them remotely. Ship from Store enables our stores to sell their stock to customers remotely, so you can purchase any item you see online, without you needing to come to the store. Where you see an item you like online - but your size appears to be unavailable - make sure to check availability in all HUGO or BOSS stores in your country. If you find a store that has your desired size, please reach out to them via WhatsApp, SMS or phone, and our colleagues in store will be happy to send the product directly to your home.

We offer a Return & Replace option for orders placed on hugoboss.com. You can return or replace the item(s) in our store and you have 30 days to either return or exchange your items. Click here to find out more.
