Free Returns
We now offer complimentary returns for all online orders, returned via post or in-store, within the 30-day return period.

To return your online order via post, please follow the below instructions.
1. Please complete the return form via the return portal, if possible, specifying the reason and quantity of the returned item(s).
2. Place the item(s) and the return form into the original box and packaging the order arrived in.
3. Please attach the return label to your parcel where it can be clearly seen, covering the original delivery label.
4. Drop off the package at an Australian Post drop off point near you.
5. Please do not combine items from multiple orders in one return parcel. Instead, use the return label dedicated to the specific item in its respective order.
A return is processed only once it passes the quality inspection and an automated refund email notification is sent to confirm the details of the return.
Generally, returns are processed approximately within 3-5 business days of receipt in the warehouse. However, during sales and promotional periods, it may take longer than usual.
Please note, HUGO BOSS will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged (I) prior to acceptance by Australia Post when utilising the free return label provided by HUGO BOSS or (ii) in the event that the prepaid label provided by HUGO BOSS is not used for the return shipment.
Return your online order in-store or for free via post
Online purchases may now be returned in any official BOSS store in Australia, click here for our store locator.
Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and unused with original labels attached qualifies for a return. Please note that online purchases may not be exchanged at outlets, department stores, or other wholesale distributors. If the items were purchased in one of the BOSS Outlets, please return them to the concerned outlet. You may refer to the proof of purchase (store receipt) regarding the outlet's return and exchange policy.
For online orders you will be asked for your order number in order to process your return.
After we have verified your return items, your refund will be processed at the store, and it will go back to the original payment method used to place your online order.
