How do I return an item I purchased online?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise with original labels attached qualifies for a return. Merchandise worn, used, altered, damaged, or missing original labels will not be accepted. HUGO BOSS reserves the right to refuse returns on merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at HUGO BOSS' sole discretion.

To return your online order via post, please follow the below instructions. 

If your order number only contains numeric numbers, please follow the below instructions. 

1. Please generate your return label via the return portal.
2. Place the item(s) and the return form into the original box and packaging the order arrived in.
3. Please attach the return label to your parcel where it can be clearly seen, covering the original delivery label.
4. Sign the Aviation Security and Dangerous Goods Declaration and securely attach the label to the top face of the parcel, ensuring tape does not cover any part of the barcode. Please pack your item securely.
5. Drop off the package at an Australian Post drop off point near you. If you post your parcel at any Post Office, you will be issued with a lodgement receipt. Alternatively, post your parcel in a red street posting box or in-store drop box.

Please note: 

Please ensure the print quality of the label is clear and legible. If you do not have access to a printer, click here to find out which Post Offices can print the label for you. 

You should either bring an electronic copy of this label on your phone or tablet and present this to the Australia Post counter staff who will scan the barcode, print the return label and attach it to your parcel or quote your Article ID to the Australia Post counter staff to enable them to print and attach a return label. 

Please do not combine items from multiple orders in one return parcel. Instead, use the return label dedicated to the specific item in its respective order, a separate label with a unique barcode is required for each parcel. 


If  your order starts with GE, please follow the return instructions below. 

1. Connect to the return portal. 
2. Enter in the corresponding order number along with your email.
3. Select the item/s you wish to return & the reason.
4. A return label will be generated.

You can then schedule in a DHL pick up by calling DHL Express Returns on 13 14 06 or you can book it online with the link here and instructions below. Please do not drop off your return at a DHL depot, it will get lost. 

1. Select "Schedule a pick-up".
2. Click "No". 
3. Select "I have a DHL Waybill Number". 
4. Input the Waybill Number, it can be located directly under the first barcode on your return label. 
5. Enter in 0.1 for kgs and 1 x 1 x 1 for length, width & height. 
6. Continue steps to reach pickup time.

Please note:

A return is processed only once it passes the quality inspection and an automated refund email notification is sent to confirm the details of the return. 

Generally, returns are processed approximately within 3-5 business days of receipt in the warehouse. However, during sales and promotional periods, it may take longer than usual.

Please note, HUGO BOSS will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged (I) prior to acceptance by Australia Post when utilising the free return label provided by HUGO BOSS or (ii) in the event that the prepaid label provided by HUGO BOSS is not used for the return shipment.

Where can I return my parcel?

You can drop off your return in any standard AusPost mail box, Parcel Locker or at the Post Office directly. Please use the return portal to generate a label or QR code. The return label and QR code will have all the relevant return address details pre-filled for your convenience. Please use your AusPost app or check the below link to find your nearest drop-off location.

To track the delivery of your returned parcel back to our warehouse, we recommend to use the tracking number stated on original return shipment slip.
