Free Basic Alterations

HUGO BOSS stores only alter HUGO BOSS branded merchandise. We do not accept returns on any merchandise that has been altered, unless the alteration error is the fault of the Company.

We do not charge for basic alterations on full priced merchandise for HB Experience members.
We charge for all alterations for non HB Experience customers. We charge for all alterations on sale merchandise for both HB experience members and non HB experience customers. We charge for custom alterations on all full priced and sale merchandise. Please reference the Alterations Price List in Store for current pricing and basic alterations.

HUGO BOSS Outlets do not offer in store alterations. Outlet associates should never recommend an outside alteration company, however a list of at least three outside tailors in the market can be kept on hand in the SIF binder if a customer requests a local alteration shop. Clients may also be directed to a nearby DOS Retail store. Customers should be informed that there will be a charge for alterations done at a DOS location.
