Free Returns

General Information

If you need a return label our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Please email to service-ca@hugoboss.com to have a free prepaid shipping label emailed to you. Please use the shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package. Make sure to keep the return tracking number for your records. Drop off your return package at either a UPS Drop Box, a UPS store, or at any other location that has regular UPS pick up visit ups.com for locations. Please note to use our prepaid labels shipments must be sent from Canada.

You may also return merchandise by selecting an alternative shipping carrier; however, HUGO BOSS will not be responsible for the costs associated with the return or any loss of the parcel. We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. HUGO BOSS is not responsible for import or shipping fees associated with returns sent from outside Canada. Ship the package to

If you would like to return items that were shipped in multiple packages or return multiple orders in the same return package, please indicate this clearly on the packing slip and include this in the package.

If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, please contact the HUGO BOSS Customer Service Center immediately by calling 1-866-503-4587or by emailing service-ca@hugoboss.com.

Returns of in-store purchases will not be accepted at our Online Store.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit altered merchandise.


Merchandise returns purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store with PayPal may only be returned to the online store via the free prepaid shipping label included with your original order.

Our HUGO BOSS stores are unable to process refunds for purchases made with PayPal back to your PayPal account and can only be processed for store credit or exchanged for the full amount of the item(s).
