What is your return policy for the holiday season?
We are happy to offer an extended return policy for Christmas.
If you change your mind for whatever reason, return your item for free. Just use the return label included with the package and we will cover the costs. If the return label is missing, please use the return label print option.
For orders placed online between November 1, 2024 and December 15, 2024, we offer an extended return period, running up to 60 days. For more information on the return process and restrictions, please see our Terms and Conditions. Our regular 30-day return policy will resume on orders placed from December 16, 2024 onwards.
What is the latest date I can place my order to receive in time for Christmas?
STANDARD DELIVERY
When using Standard Delivery (on products ordered online or in store to be delivered to your home), please order before 23:59 on 17 December to receive your items before Christmas.
EXPRESS DELIVERY FOR kr 95,00
When using Express Delivery (on products ordered online or in store to be delivered to your home), please order before 10:59 on 19 December to receive your items before Christmas.
Can I get my purchase gift wrapped?
Yes, you can have your purchase gift wrapped. Select the gift wrapping option during checkout. Click here and find out more. All parcels include a complimentary return label along with return instructions and delivery note.
