When can I expect the delivery of my order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany and processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note, up to three delivery attempts are generally made until a package is returned as undeliverable.
Delivery to Indonesia takes approx. 4-5 business days.

We partner with DHL Express within Indonesia.
Do I need to pay Value Added Tax?
Yes, our customers need to pay value added tax (VAT). VAT is calculated at checkout.
VAT is not refundable. Please note that the shipping costs paid at the time of the order will not be refunded.
Are there any shipping location restrictions?
Orders may not be shipped to hotels or forwarding centers.
