CALIFORNIA RESIDENT REQUEST TO KNOW OR DELETE INFORMATION
Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), California residents the right to request that we disclose the categories and/or specific pieces of personal information that we have about them. Once we're able to verify your identity, HUGO BOSS will respond to the request, as applicable, for the 12 months preceding the verified request “Right to Know Request”).
CCPA also grants California residents the right to request that we delete the personal information that we have about them, subject to identity verification and certain exemptions (“Deletion Request“). For security reasons, if HUGO BOSS is unable to verify your
identity, then HUGO BOSS will not be able to process your deletion request. We also may need to retain certain personal information to the extent such personal information is subject to an exception from deletion under the law.
For security reasons, if HUGO BOSS is unable to verify your identity, then HUGO BOSS may either deny your request or be unable to process your request. Even for verified requests, certain pieces of your personal information may be redacted or omitted to preserve the security of your personal information.
