Free Returns

Extended Return Policy

We are extending our online return policy from 30 to 60 days. At this time, we kindly ask that you return any items from your purchase with the prepaid shipping label included in your order, as our stores are currently closed. Please reach out to service-us@hugoboss.com for additional assistance with your return.

 

Store Closures

In the best interests of our local and global communities and for wellbeing of our employees and customers, our stores are temporarily closed. We are extending our in-store return policy, and will provide updated information regarding returns once our Stores resume operation. 

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from the HUGO BOSS online store. Returns made within 60 days of the delivery date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.

 

For your convenience we have included a free prepaid domestic return shipping label with your order. Please use enclosed shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package. Make sure to keep the return tracking number for your records. If a shipping label was not included in your package, please email to service@hugoboss.com to have one emailed to you. Drop off your return package at either a UPS Drop Box, a UPS store, or at any other location that has regular UPS pick up visit ups.com for locations. Please note to use our prepaid UPS labels shipments must be sent from the United States.

 

You may also return merchandise by selecting an alternative shipping carrier; however, HUGO BOSS will not be responsible for the costs associated with the return. We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. We are not responsible for import or shipping fees associated with returns sent from outside the United States. Ship the package to HUGO BOSS RETURNS, 4200 EAST BRADEN BOULEVARD, EASTON, PENNSYLVANIA, 18040.

 

If you would like to return items that were shipped in multiple packages or return multiple orders in the same return package, please indicate this clearly on the packing slip and include this in the package.

 

If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, please contact the HUGO BOSS Customer Service Center immediately by calling 1-800-HUGOBOSS or by emailing service-us@hugoboss.com.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit altered merchandise.

 

Merchandise returns purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store with PayPal may only be returned to the online store via the free prepaid shipping label included with your original order.

 

Our HUGO BOSS stores are unable to process refunds for purchases made with PayPal back to your PayPal account and can only be processed for store credit or exchanged for the full amount of the item(s).
