Refunds are carried out using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction. Please note that the shipping costs paid at the time of the order will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to either reject your return and decline a refund, or to reduce any payments refunded to you for the diminished value of the products if you return products:

  • that you are not entitled to return,
  • that you damaged or used in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product(s), for example, if you have worn a pair of shoes other than to try them on inside and the soles are scuffed,
  • with product(s) missing
  • have otherwise failed to exercise reasonable care when taking care of and returning product(s)
  • that you did not buy directly from us.
