What is your return policy for the holiday season?

All HUGO BOSS online orders may be returned within 60 days. Shop for your holiday gifts now, knowing that any orders placed in November have an extended return period through February 28, 2022.

Merchandise purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store may be returned to the online store via the free prepaid shipping label included with your original order. You may also return your order at a local non-outlet HUGO BOSS store location. To request a new return label, please email us at service-us@hugoboss.com.

What is the latest date I can place my order to receive in time for Christmas?

To ensure that you receive your gifts in time, please order by the dates and times below: 

HOME DELIVERY

We offer multiple shipping services to meet your needs:

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY

When using Standard Shipping, please place your order by end of day December 15th to receive your items before Christmas.

2ND DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY

When using 2-Day Shipping, please place your order by end of day December 21st to receive your items before Christmas.

NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY

When using Next Day Shipping, please place your order by end of day December 22nd to receive your items before Christmas.

SHIP TO STORE

Pick up your order at your convenience. Use ship to store and have your order sent to your preferred BOSS Store to be collected whenever suits you.

Orders will be delivered to your preferred store. Please note: Only the person who places the order may pick up the order. Please bring your personal ID or shipping confirmation email with you, so that the store employee can identify you.

Pick Up

To receive your gifts in time for Christmas at your preferred BOSS Store without a try-on or styling appointment, please order by:

December 14th using Free Standard Delivery.

December 20th using Express Delivery.

Try-On & Styling Appointments

To receive your gifts in time for Christmas at your preferred BOSS Store, and in order to allow enough time for a Try-On or Styling appointment, please order by:

December 12th using Free Standard Delivery.

December 18th using Express Delivery.

Can I get my purchase gift wrapped?

Select Premium Packaging at checkout for your order to arrive gift-ready, complete with our signature BOSS gift boxes and ribbon. All items in your order will be wrapped together. Note some items cannot be giftwrapped due to their size. If your order includes an item that cannot be giftwrapped, it will be shipped in the same box without gift packaging.

We do not list any prices on our packing slips, so all orders will ship with a gift-ready “Gift Receipt” which may be used for returns online or in-store.

Note: Gift messaging is not currently available.
