Holiday FAQs

 

Extended Holiday Return Policy

Any items unworn, unwashed and unaltered (including engraved and monogrammed) purchased from the HUGO BOSS online store or received as a gift between November 14, 2018 and December 31, 2018 can be returned via mail to the Hugo Boss Online Returns Department for a refund until January 30, 2019.

For your convenience, we have included a free prepaid domestic return shipping label with your order. You may also request a free return label via our online link in our “My Account” section. The direct link can be found here

Due to the nature of personalized items, we are not able to accept returns, changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please note, in-store purchases cannot be returned to the online store via the shipping label. All in- store purchases must be returned to any Hugo Boss retail location.

 

Merchandise returns purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store with PayPal may only be returned to the online store via the free prepaid shipping label included with your original order or by using our online link to request a prepaid return label in our “My Account” section.

 

Shipping

Please see below for our holiday shipping schedule and cut-off times. HUGO BOSS ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Our online store is proud to offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses. For shipments to American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Marianas, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and P.O. Boxes, merchandise is shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow five to ten business days for delivery. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer express shipping services to APO/FPO addresses or for beauty items such as fragrances.

The HUGO BOSS Online Store does not ship internationally. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico or to freight forwarding companies at this time. To find a store nearest to you, please visit our store locator (hyperlink: store locator page).

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments will be honored on purchases made within the last 30 days from the HUGO BOSS online store.

 

Gift Packaging

If you would like your items to be gift packaged, please indicate that your purchase is a gift by selecting HUGO BOSS Gift Packaging at the checkout. Orders that have gift packaging selected will have a gift receipt included that excludes pricing information and a return form for an easy return. 

Products will be individually gift packaged. We do not sell our gift boxes, and we reserve the right to limit the number of gift box requests per order or per customer.

 

Gift Cards

At this time, the HUGO BOSS online store does not offer gift card purchases or gift card redemptions. To purchase a HUGO BOSS gift card, please visit our store locator (hyperlink) to find a store near you.
