General Information

Merchandise returns purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store may be returned to the online store via the free prepaid shipping label included with your original order. You may also return your order at a local non-outlet HUGO BOSS store location. To receive free return shipping, you must use either of these options.

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from the HUGO BOSS online store. Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment or for an exchange for requested merchandise.

Due to the nature of personalized items, returns, changes or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Please note, in- store purchases cannot be returned to the online store via the shipping label. All in- store purchases must be returned to any Hugo Boss retail location. 

Merchandise returns purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store with PayPal may only be returned to the online store via the free prepaid shipping label included with your original order.

Our HUGO BOSS stores are unable to process refunds for purchases made with PayPal, back to your PayPal account and can only be processed for store credit or exchanged for the full amount of the item(s).
