The BOSS SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on October 30, 2025 at or about 12:00 P.M. (EST) and ends on November 6, 2025 at or about 11:59 PM (EST) (“the Sweepstakes Period”)[1] and is sponsored by Hugo Boss Fashions, Inc., located at 55 Water Street, 48th Floor New York, NY 10019 (together with its U.S. Affiliates, “Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals, who, (a) at the time of entry are HUGO BOSS XP Members and have spent $500 at a Hugo Boss store or online at www.hugoboss.com during the Sweepstakes Period or (b) submit a letter of entry as specified below and who: (i) are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, and (ii) are at least 21 years old and the age of majority in their respective state of residence. Corporations and other organizations are not eligible. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, licensees and vendors of Sponsor, their subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, domestic partners, parents, children, siblings and their spouses/domestic partners) and individuals residing in the same household as such individuals are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations of the U.S. and is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited by law.
ENTRY: To participate, entrants must (1) HUGO BOSS XP Members and who spend at least $500 during the Sweepstakes Period; or (ii) send letter containing the entrants name, address, phone number and email to Hugo Boss Fashions, Inc., BOSS NYSM Sweepstakes, 55 Water Street, 48th Floor New York, NY 10019 after October 30, 2025 and before November 6, 2025. One entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, Sponsor will award the prize to the authorized holder of the email account listed on the HUGO BOSS XP account. All Entrant information, including email address and name, is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering to participate in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, by decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, and by Sponsor’s Terms of Use https://www.hugoboss.com/us/information-on-rights/terms-of-use/terms-of-use.html and Privacy Policy https://www.hugoboss.com/us/about-hugo-boss/privacy-statement/privacy-statement.html. Any violation of these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
WINNER SELECTION/PRIZE: The winner will be determined by random drawing on or about November 17, 2025. Potential winner will be contacted on or about November 7, 2025 by email. All decisions of the Sponsor shall be final. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the selected winner (“Winner”). The prize consists of the following: (a) 2 tickets to the Now You See Me premiere on November 10th, 2025 in NYC, (MSRP $500 per ticket) and (b) a “shopping Spree” which shall consist of one $500 BOSS Gift cards to be used at any HUGO BOSS owned and operated store (excluding online) in the United States (MSRP $500). Transportation and lodging to the game are not included. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute all or a portion of the Grand Prize in its sole and absolute discretion.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner has 48 hours) to respond to Sponsor and redeem the prize. Total ARV for the Grand Prize is approximately $1,500. All prizes will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Any portion of the Prize not accepted by Winner will be forfeited. Winner may not sell or transfer the Prize or any portion of the Prize. No more than one Prize per person will be awarded.
Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner(s) by Sponsor will result from: (1) failure of Winner to execute, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within ten days of the email notification from Sponsor, if requested by Sponsor; (2) failure of Winner to respond within 48 hours after the email notification from Sponsor, or the return of the email notification or Prize as undeliverable; (3) failure of winner or Guest to execute a release, and (4) any other non-compliance with these Official Rules by Winner or Guest. Winner is solely responsible for payment of taxes, if any, on the Prize and for any other costs, fees or expenses relating to the use or enjoyment of the Prize not specified herein. Winner and Guest may be asked to supply Sponsor with their social security numbers for tax purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of Winner, for the actual value of the Prize received. Winner shall solely bear all risk of loss of the Prize. By accepting the Prize, Winner and Guest automatically consents and grants to Sponsor the unconditional right to use his/her name, address (city and state only), likeness, photograph and/or statements about the Sweepstakes for publicity and advertising purposes without further permission or financial compensation, in any and all media now or hereafter devised worldwide, in perpetuity, except where prohibited by law. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Hugo Boss Retail, Inc HUGO BOSS X Now You See Me Sweepstakes, 55 Water Street, 48th Floor New York, NY 10019 after November 15, 2025 but before March 15, 2026. Vermont residents may omit the return postage.
LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for incorrect or inaccurate information in the entry form, whether caused by Entrant, equipment or programming utilized in the Sweepstakes or technical or human error in processing submissions. The Released Parties disclaim responsibility or liability for: (i) the accuracy, availability or timeliness of information published about the Sweepstakes; (ii) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of entries; (iii) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or from participation in the Sweepstakes; (v) printing or typographical errors in Sweepstakes materials; or (vi) problems or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, Internet congestion.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion. The Released Parties are not liable for changes or cancellations to Event or any portion thereof. In the event of termination, winner will be selected from eligible entries received prior to termination.
RELEASE: Each participant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, Lionsgate Entertainment Inc. and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from liability for claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use and enjoyment of the Prize (including, without limitation, related to personal injury, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort, warranty or other theory. The Released Parties expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery or use and enjoyment of the Prize.
CONDITIONS: Entrants agree to use any materials or information procured as part of the Sweepstakes only for Sweepstakes purposes and not for any commercial purpose. All entries, and all rights to use, reproduce, publish, modify and distribute such entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any entry or disqualify any individual it finds to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; acting in violation of these Official Rules; or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR OTHER PERSON TO UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR COMMIT ANY OTHER ACT OF FRAUD MAY VIOLATE FEDERAL AND STATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
LAW AND JURISDICTION: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to its rules governing conflicts of law. All participants and their heirs and assigns, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in New York County, New York for all legal proceedings relating to this Sweepstakes.
