HUGO BOSS offers exchanges on new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase date. Simply select your preferred method of exchange below and follow the steps to ensure a smooth exchange process.
Exchange by Phone: Call 1-800-HUGO BOSS to process your exchange by phone. We will place a new order with you by phone and send replacement merchandise immediately. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue you a credit for the returned items. Please fill out the returns portion of the form in your package and leave the area for exchanges empty to avoid a duplicate shipment. Ship the product using the provided free- pre-paid return shipping label included in your original order. Be sure to retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Exchange by Mail: Please fill out the returns- portion of the form included in your order. Under exchanges,- list the items you would like in exchange, including size, quantity, color and price. Include this slip inside your package. Utilize the free- pre-paid shipping label included in your original order.
Exchanges of a Higher Value
If you are exchanging for merchandise of higher value, please include payment information for the remaining balance with your order in the provided fields. If no method of payment is provided, we will be unable to process the exchange and a refund will be applied to the payment method used on the original order.
If you have requested an exchange for the item(s) you have returned, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email when your exchange is on its way. If we are unable to process your exchange, your credit card will be refunded and a customer service representative will reach out to you.
Merchandise exchanges for items purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store with PayPal can be exchanged for the full value of your item(s) at HUGO BOSS stores but we cannot return any of the value for your purchase back to your PayPal account.
